Not only do we want to celebrate our women, but we want to bring awareness to some of the obstacles that black women face daily in work settings as it pertains to entrepreneurship, education, micro-aggression, sexism, ageism and we want to expound on the journey of these wonderful women so that they can be an inspiration to those who are coming up through the ranks!
